Composting Rules

Please place small pieces of plants in the compost bin on the RIGHT. The volunteers maintaining the compost bins will then “turn” the pieces into the LEFT compost bin. We haven’t been very successful in creating usable compost, and this should allow us to actually produce good compost!

Please NO food scraps, paper products, weeds with seed heads, woody stems, straw or ANY tomato parts.
These should all go into yard waste bags.
